I am baffled. Why didn't they shoot him for repeatedly putting his hands in his pockets? Officer safety trumps all else... right?
They gave him a sweetheart deal. He is allowed to retire and have deferred adjudication if he can keep his nose clean.
Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "Cover (for) me."
