Looks like Anthony was enjoying delivering port-a-potties to the homeless under the freeway in the bankrupt, Democrat controlled, crime infested city of Stockton.
If I'm not mistaken, that's where the entire federally controlled police department pursued 3 crimmigrant bank robbers and fired over 600 rounds into their carjacked getaway vehicle killing it's hostage-owner, for which they are now being sued. But everything is under control. The $200,000 a year police chief still has his job.
What a hot mess. 30 years ago it was an All-American City. Now it's an utter failure. Benjamin Holt and Victoria Barkley must be spinning in their graves.
