Section (2)(C) would allow a police officer, based solely upon a second-hand report of an individual he “believes…is credible and reliable” to initiate the confiscation of firearms and ammunition of the individual who was observed by the third party. [More]So much for innocent until proven guilty.

I'm sure there's no potential for abuse. Since leftists are so honest and would never make false claims about their gun owning neighbors.
Unfortunately, moving from Hawaii to a free state isn't a simple drive.
One "man" hides behind a Captain America shield. What's he gonna do with that? And the people of Hawai`i continue to vote them into office. I wonder if they believe the republicans would...what? be worse? Sigh. Be careful what you vote for, you just may get it.
