The passengers weren’t in much of a position to do anything but be victimized, thanks in no small part to the Bay Area Rapid Transit’s “no guns” policies, combined with the utter refusal of regional “Only Ones” to approve “may issue” (meaning “probably won’t unless you’re connected) concealed carry permits.
