Delivery guy is lucky to live...unlike a CA biker run down by a deputy who was admittedly texting at the time and was no-billed. (http://www.dailynews.com/general-news/20140714/sheriffs-deputy-texting-before-patrol-car-struck-killed-cyclist-in-Calabasas).
Or this kid might have been drilled because, as we know, cops are deathly afraid of run over citizens taking offense and tossing assault bikes their way.
