Commientious Objector

I will never have a gun in the classroom, and if required to, I would resign. [More]
That would probably be a good thing.

That's because, along with being an excuse-making sniveler, you're a social studies ("social justice") indoctrinator and a liar.  And we see that talking point being played out on cue by others in the hive.

No one is "required" to carry a gun.  The Founders put in a militia duty exemption for those "conscientiously scrupulous against bearing arms."

What you want to do is impose your choice on everyone, that is, to take away the choice of those who would exercise their fundamental rights under force of state arms.

I saw a story the other day about a Kansas City teacher who said the same thing. I'm glad they care so much about the safety of students.

As for the incident described in the article, I'm sure any well trained only ones would have restrained themselves from shooting as well.

Predictably, he begins his article with the “fake news” lie about Joe Zamudio.

Here’s the real story, from Joe himself.

Also predictably, the cyber-rag that printed this garbage doesn’t want to hear any comments from their readers.

So on the off chance that an armed and trained teacher MIGHT hit the wrong target he's willing to let a shooter run wild who is ABSOLUTELY determined to kill everyone in sight?

Another thing to consider: all of the kids are huddled in the far end of the classroom away from the door. The teacher presumably points a firearm at the door to engage the shooter if he enters the room. How bad a shot does this guy have to be to hit students behind him?
