I do question how anyone can make a claim to freely take game when we're not talking about the primordial state of nature anymore, but managed and stocked ecosystems which require funded resources and custodial care in order to coexist in a modern world with competing interests. I also question making yourself the subject of the hurt -- a "Patton" quote comes to mind.
That said, we could use a few more colorful characters, and if you get passed the initial urge to dismiss "a kook" and go down his rabbithole for a bit, the guy really has amassed an amazing amount of information.

I know nothing about this Ernie guy but I do know that it galls me something fierce to have to pay to put food on my table or to just get some enjoyment out of fishing on a summer's evening.
Permits, licenses, fees etc are all made up crap from the over reaching bloated government.
I've got no use for any of them.

This is the same tired old “sovereign citizen” crap that has enriched “patriot” con artists while costing gullible “true believers” their life savings and their personal liberty time and time again.
Imagining you can fend off Leviathan by waving papers in His face takes into account neither the nature of the individuals who make up the State, nor that of the system in which they operate.
