Trump could stick 'em out on San Nicolas Island. The Navy owns it, so California doesn't have any say over its use.

A link you posted recently discussed judicial rulings stating that the legal status of illegal immigrants was as if they were permanently suspended outside the border and had never entered the country. If true, as long as they remain not legal immigrants, they would legally be outside the country no matter where the tents are.
