You know, erecting a barrier and barring entry to those they want to keep out, and making sure everyone allowed in does so in a controlled manner? [More]
This coming from a "sanctuary city" for illegal aliens and a government that flies a "Sic Semper Tyrannis" flag...
UPDATE: I just had a flash and don't know if this could "work" or not, but what if people there to support rather than lobby show up armed and stay outside the perimeter fence and surround the place?

Well, based on results, it was my idea too. And talking with Mark Walters today, I found out he had the same idea and had been trying to reach Phil to broach it. I'll bet the same stimulus caused the same reaction in many of us.
Note the chokepoint -"Officials say there will be one way onto Capitol Square Monday morning." should violence break out and people attempt to flee....instant Charlottsville. By design no less, imagine that!
Don't forget to bring something to cut the fence, if shit goes wonky.

The last recourse here is Direct Action.
Consider a Street Blockade along 9th Street, around to Bank Street, and around to Governor street.
Blame Northam: this is what happens when gun owners ore un-invited to the Capitol Square.
Bring locks, lock them in..
