A Sure Cure

The Justice Department has quietly asked Congress for the ability to ask chief judges to detain people indefinitely without trial during emergencies — part of a push for new powers that comes as the novel coronavirus spreads throughout the United States. [More]
Why not? It worked against "terrorism."

Well, alrighty then. We know how respectful of the Constitution they are.

The DoJ's behavior has demonstrated it to be a cesspool of total corruption that has near totally destroyed our Rule of Law.

But that's not enough...

Now they want to accumulate power that bypasses the limitations of the Bill of Rights. Just black-bag your target and be on your way, similar to a scene from the film, V from vendetta. The only apparent barrier being a federal judge, most of whom can be shown to violating their oath to do justice.

That's just swell...

You couldn't make this stuff up.

At the end of the day. DOJ is an executive agency.
Is Trump ultimately their boss, or isn’t he?
Is he doing the job we elected him to do, or isn’t he?
