Well, OK, he didn't throw rocks at the gunman, or throw up on himself, but beside that.
If the police had already arrived then he should not have intervened. In FL the CWL rules expletively state that your permit does not give you the right to play cops and robbers.
Ken, this story does not mention him even having a gun.
