Joe's flashes of anger are characteristic of senile dementia. Add that symptom to his evident confusion and you have a man who, if elected, will exhibit all the instability that Donald Trump is only accused of.
I remember when a member of congress (1) referred to a known sexual predator (2) as a "lovable rogue."
