I don't think a medical mask is what Col. Cooper had in mind when he said:" a man wearing a mask is a target."
We deserve to know WHO made the decision to off-shore most, if not all, medical supply production to the PRC.

If you want to wear one, wear one anyway. How is anybody going to know whether or not you are sick?
Notwithstanding, the reanimated Time Magazine is one of the MSM outlets I trust least of all.
Time magazine form letter to persons complaining about the magazine's firearms coverage, August 1, 1989:

In the old days we said "even a broken clock is right twice a day."
In that vein, "Time" was right when they wrote, "But the time for opinions on the dangers of gun availability is long since gone, replaced by overwhelming evidence that it represents a growing threat."
Unfortunately they didn't answer the question raised by that statement.
Growing threat to whom?
Then maybe wearing a mask will cause people to keep their distance.
