I really appreciate GOA going the extra mile to compose something informed and targeted. If I have to compose something myself, I'm always concerned that I'll end up looking uninformed, objecting to something that wasn't even on the table (because we have to pass the bill before we can know what is in it).

They don't do that so much any more.
Some say postcards are not effective.
