Golly, the police sure love their Qualified Immunity.
Another suggestion: Why go after police alone -- why not go after prosecutors as well?
Qualified immunity is an excuse to use excessive power and force when the decisions being made by those using it, is unwarranted. Stupid people with low IQ's need not apply...yet they are the ones getting the jobs...go figure.
