UPDATE: Prosecute him? This does seem like lying and obstruction.It'd be great to see him adjudicated a "prohibited person," and even greater to see him with different taxpayer-funded "security detail."

Unless Dem power brokers turn against Andrew Cuomo, I think he'll skate like Queen Hillary. Remember, just a few weeks ago, he was a rising star and possible Presidential heir - not candidate, as every Dem selection will be elected from here on out. However, he will need a major PR effort, but the Dems are expert at making s**t look like gold. Look what they've done for Beijing Joe. The Press actually treats him as if he's the one making decisions...
