To provide for the development and use of technology for personalized handguns, to require that all handguns manufactured or sold in, or imported into, the United States incorporate such technology, and for other purposes. [More]
It's those "other purposes" everyone should really focus on.
But wait, as late TV pitchman Billy Mays used to say, there's more!
What more needs to be said than "Carolyn Maloney"?

Ah, Maloney, of 'the thing that goes up' expertise.
There aren't enough lamp posts along Pennsylvania Ave.
If/when they come up with a retrofit kit for my 1914 Erfurt made P08 let me know. Until then they're all a bunch of posers.
These are the people who claim to be so authoritative on firearm technology, that they can predict the course of said technology well in advance and base laws upon that progress.
Yet one of them thinks that an AR15 fires the .50BMG cartridge. Another thinks that magazines, once emptied, cannot be refilled. Another could not define parts of a gun she wished to ban. Yet another thought that firearms somehow became useless seven years after they were made.
Seriously, folks?
Anon, you're thinking Carolyn McCarthy.
