Hidden in the bill (line 12, page 3, and line 2, page 4) is the designation of a threaded barrel as a prohibited feature of semiauto rifles and pistols. This essentially outlaws suppressors on semiauto rifles and pistols as well, because threaded barrels are required to attach a suppressor. Though I suppose, you could weld one on...
