Back in the day, it was understood that a marriage was between a man and a woman. But like it or not, society has moved that line. But it isn't really clear where the line sits today. I can marry another man, so they say, but can I marry a duck?
If the "New York Times" is cool with non-citizens voting in our elections, would they be cool if Vladimir Putin voted?
What about his duck?
It started with the concept of letting not citizens vote in 'local' (school board, city hall) elections.
Now the end game is in sight.
