Update-- they're arguing about the vote count over at PJM. My "who went AWOL" link, above, goes to the final vote. The comment poster is conflating the confirmation vote with the cloture vote.

A comment says the article is incorrect, and the Senate's own website shows 50-48 with Paul and Cornyn "absent."

I provided a link to "the Senate's own website." That's where my screenshot came from. The comment poster is mistaking the confirmation vote for the cloture vote.
