Let me make a prediction.
If there is this proverbial Red Wave, if the GOP retakes control of both houses of congress, I expect them to spend two years trying repeatedly to repeal Obamacare, not lift a finger to fix the 20,000 infringements against that which "shall not be infringed", and promptly lose control back to the Demoncratic Party.
