Yeah, armed with a knife, and in a chair, and at a Lowes entrance where there is any number of items like carts that could be used to block and impede long enough to either talk the suspected shoplifter down or allow for time to deploy less-than-lethal options.

Just saw this item. Reminiscent of a Houston cop involved killing where two heroes killed a wheelchair bound halfway house resident wielding a pen. (Sept.2012)
