Interesting choice of bill number.
On April 19, 1775, an attempted gun control raid by His Majesty's government ended with some 3000 formerly loyal subjects running, some of them for miles, so as not to miss a chance to open fire on their own troops.
One problem, among many, is that their descendants have forgotten how to respond to "intolerable acts".
