On this one i tend to agree with "Little Mike."
but we'd be 180 degrees out of phase on what those measures would be.
1. Pick the bad guys up and lock them away.
2. If step 1 proves to be too expensive, shoot the bastards.
It's not like we have a shortage of street level thugs.
Not too sure about proper medicine for jackals. So I looked up some comparison data and it seems jackals are comparable with a mid sized coyote.
