Case Dismissed!

Per Ohioans for Concealed Carry, via email:
The defense made a motion to dismiss and it was granted.  The prosecutor didn't prove their case.
More on our website this evening.  Watch Fox 8 news for 5pm coverage.

They're talking about the Bartlett case court ruling today. Here's their blog on it.

You don't remember him? Maybe you'll remember the real guy who ought to be on trial.

Good job, Jeff Garvas and OFCC, keeping on this for us. Thank you.

First They Came for the "Civilians"...

And I didn't speak out because I fancied myself an "Only One"...[Read]

Welcome to the party, pals.

Your turn in the barrel.

As it should be.  I say close ALL the cop "loopholes."

Enjoy.

And They Say There Are No Stupid Questions

Why else would the NRA support a law that makes it more difficult to prevent suicides among members of the armed forces? [More]
That sounds like a Steven Wright comedy line.

Of course, everything about this national socialist hive insect Rosenthal is a ridiculous contradiction, right down to calling himself "The Loyal Opposition."

Hell on Wheels

Taking a stand that RRC employees can exercise their Second Amendment rights is simply the right thing to do.[More]
And the rest of us?

Eh.

Because it clearly says "the right of Railroad Commission employees to keep and bear arms."

That's what the Founders obviously intended...

Yeah, no kidding.

Bill Engvall owes gun owners an apology

Engvall needs to realize that the folks who buy tickets to his performances, who watch him on TV, who purchase his DVDs and who hire him to entertain their members aren’t the smug and snarky Maher crowd. [More]
This afternoon's Gun Rights Examiner commentary offers a path to forgiveness and reconciliation.

We're the Only Ones Professionally Discourteous Enough

Good for her. [Read and watch]

And the hell with all the "Only One" apologists who say she overreacted. If one of them had pulled over one of us for the same violation, we'd have been lucky to survive the encounter.  And it would have all been chalked up to following standard protocol.

Thing is, I don't know anyone who speeds down the road at 120 and then runs from traffic cops...that's the kind of behavior ordinarily associated with...criminals.

"A Stunning Defeat for Gun Control Extremists"

You know, having the guy you rallied behind tell you to go screw yourself and siding with said extremists. [Read]

Look, being a Constitutional Carry advocate, I'm not wedded to the national concealed carry reciprocity bill, but this is just another of many examples of what kind of loving you should expect when you chip in to rent a whore.

Senate Judiciary Committee questions Holder on gunwalking

Am I Missing Something?

Am I reading this right?  Support a candidate who won't disclose where she stands on RKBA? [Read]

Really?

I have to be totally missing the point here, because the only thing I'm getting from this is that freedom is a "social issue," and if Caren Merrick commits to being pro-gun, the antis will use it against her to scare voters.  So gun owners need to volunteer to help her campaign.

That can't be right.  Can it?

Where?

I'll be damned if I can see it... [Read]

Dear Amy

Yep, you have a right to be a stupid cud-chewer.  [Read]

Ol' Amy Dickinson sure showed us her one-sided agenda-driven dishonesty in researching the advice she dispenses though...maybe it will get somebody killed and she can blame the gun.

I do wonder how the Bradys square "a gun in the home is four times more likely to kill a loved one" with Sarah buying Scott a "sniper rifle"...

Moi?

Thank you for the kind words.  But me...? An "Authorized Journalist"...? [Read]
