Today's Gun Rights Examiner report asks a question those who ignore the issue or make excuses for gun group inaction have yet to answer: If they have credible data -- not just anecdotes and platitudes -- to refute concerns about the effect amnesty and a pathway to citizenship will have on gun rights, why not share it so it can be validated?

The judge cited 18 U.S. Code § 930 (f), which reads:

(f) Nothing in this section limits the power of a court of the United States to punish for contempt or to promulgate rules or orders regulating, restricting, or prohibiting the possession of weapons within any building housing such court or any of its proceedings, or upon any grounds appurtenant to such building.

I'm absolutely out of my depth speculating on the likelihood that such a ruling could be overturned as unconstitutional.
