And Remember, with "Progressives," Every Day is Opposite Day
VA psychiatrist who teaches suicide prevention tells gun rights proponent to "off himself"... [More]
Damn Gun Owners!
Baltimore is not unique in its suffering; crimes are spiking in big cities around the country. [More]Wait a minute -- those aren't places most NRA members live -- those are all Democrat strongholds...
Why, the City of Baltimore alone went over 87% in favor of Obama in 2012...
Thank Goodness for Small Favors
If convicted in the new case, however, he could be deported, ICE said. [More]Now that's a common sense immigration law we can all get behind!
Hey: D'ja wish the Organizer in Chief "Feliz cumpleaños" yet?
#100Days100Nights
Two Los Angeles gangs have entered into a contest betting on who can kill 100 people in 100 days. [More]Assuming this isn't hysterical BS, they couldn't have picked a better place for it than what is essentially one big "gun-free zone," courtesy of "May (Not) Issue" edicts.
We're the Only Ones Unshelled Enough
Michigan Officer Shells Out $35,000 For Open Carry Stop [More]No, the insurance provider did. It doesn't sound like there'll be any repercussions to the oath-breaker at all, what with Flint Township government maintaining that depriving citizens of rights under color of authority is A-OK with them, and they only settled because it's the cheapest way out.

"Shopkeeper Ambush"
A shop owner is targeted to be robbed as he exits his business. His regular routine has been observed and now he appears to be an easy mark. [More]"Stop the Threat, tonight on the Pursuit Channel...
The Company He Keeps
In 2010, Jeb was named one of the founding directors of the Bloomberg Family Foundation, established as a tax-exempt foundation to advance the vision of former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. [More]I believe the country would actually be better off with Hillary, because at least then the Republicans would be pressured into putting up nominal resistance to executive treason, whereas with Bush 3.0, they'd all be spinning the sellout by telling us what their "reasonable compromise" bought us.
Besides, there's always "I Will Not Comply"...

The Old In-Out
Lawmakers Vote to Let Obama Take Your Passport Without Trial [More]Let me get this straight: They won't keep foreign nationals out, but they'll keep citizens in?

"A Terroristic Threat"
That sure cheapens the concept. [More]
Forgive me for being suspicious, but laying the flags on the ground instead of displaying them on sticks doesn't strike me as the act of someone with a special reverence for "heritage." I'll have to reserve judgment until such time as the perps are caught-- if they ever are.
This warrants an FBI joint terrorism task force response and widespread permanent damage to historical monuments does not?
As long as this madness is going on, allow me to stir the pot and make sure our One Percenter friends from Hollywood -- the ones stirring plenty of pots of their own -- have some skin in the game.
Yo, race-obsessed collectivists -- want some cheap fun that's sure to get you more publicity than taking a shovel-full of dirt from the grave of a Confederate general most people have never heard of?
Demand these stars be removed from the Walk of Fame, and if they're not, well, you know what to do...

Love Story
I’d love to go hunting one day with Dr Walter Palmer the killer dentist... so I can stuff and mount him for MY office wall [More]I'd love to see Piers Morgan try.
The Asterisk
Your benefits may vary... [More]Desperate to keep their Ponzi scheme from coming unraveled all at once, are they?
Aside from cheap labor and Democrat votes, having more bodies to tap into is the third leg of the "immigration" stool.

Giving the Finger
I saw a comment on my latest TTAG piece that made me recall a story I haven't thought about in decades:
[M]y 6th grade teacher was sometimes called “4 and a quarter finger man” from a old shop incident.A college buddy told us about his shop teacher who was cautioning them on how he lost his finger in a negligent table saw incident, and in his demo proceeded to cut off another finger.
Killer Asteroid
And we're all equally threatened. [More]
Not being from Nevada is hardly the issue -- neither is Nemesis Bloomberg, and if he succeeds, when he's done there, he'll be moving on. Would you rather fight a war "over there" or let the enemy advance to where you live?
And yeah, I get "I Will Not Comply" -- Things don't have to get to that point any more than they need to advance geographically, but they will unless gun owners help supply the front line fighters.
Put another way, if an asteroid is approaching, isn't it better to deflect it when a simple nudge will be enough, or is it better to wait until it enters the atmosphere

We're the Only Ones Purposeful Enough
UC officer 'purposefully killed' DuBose [More]And just in time for summer riots to break out and spread!
Curious, how so many who are outraged support monopoly of violence politicians...

You Can't Stop the Signal
Which doesn't mean Prozi swine won't try:
Our circulators were illegally harassed by employees of the Oregon Democracy Fund at the Lane County Fair, stopping them from gathering signatures on our recall petition. That clearly violates established Oregon law and we want the Secretary of State to investigate and fine them for each person they stopped from signing our petition. If you think about it, in principle, that's really no different than this.
Love for Sale
We’re grateful that leaders like Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway are standing with women that are exploited rather than pimps and Johns. [More]Hey, what happened to "a woman's right to choose"? Oh, wait, I see: the female provider of "services" should not be liable, but the male purchaser should be, along with the male business manager?
What if the purchaser and business manager are a Jill and a Pimpette -- don't they also have a right to choose?
And how do they factor -- what do they call it now,
Gosh, this being a privileged "progressive" with consistent positions is more difficult than I thought.
Speaking of Meryl, where's that movie she and Harvey were gonna make? Did approached investors ask him if he was f-ing crazy?
And speaking of Harvey, does Meryl think he should be prosecuted, and not just for groping Ambra? It's not like what's going on with Georgina letting him slobber all over her looks like priceless love...
* Beats me what it means. I read the definition and still don't get why the term is needed. It sounds like it's because people are afraid to say "normal."
The Power of "No"
Put simply, liberal elitists don’t like the fact that, at the end of the day, an armed citizenry can tell them, “No.” [More]Bravo. Good piece. Nice to see the concept getting wider play.
Those on "our side" trying to appear "reasonable" for the media, and calling "I Will Not Comply" activists "extremists," need to understand that at the end of the day, when their lobbying and lawsuits have failed to provide redress, the new paradigm is kicking in.
Except, as observed before, civil disobedience is not really new. It's just that gun owners have long been conditioned to limiting themselves to signing on to form emails, voting for compromised candidates and opening their wallets. That's changing.
To those unsure of if massive noncompliance can result in real, fundamental, 180° political change, I have one word: Prohibition.
Administrative Relief for All!
With "relief" being what we used to call "welfare"... [More]
Time was, invaders staying were called an occupying army. Typical, though, reframing it as "administrative relief."
Thank goodness this will have nothing to do with that "single issue." Ever. Right?

What If Another Attack Happens Where There Are No Oath Keepers?
It would be especially ironic if, after being characterized by the government and media as “security threats,” the departure of Oath Keepers protecting the protectors is perceived by true security threats as an exploitable target opportunity. [More]It's not like existing vulnerabilities have been mitigated in any way by "official" ditherers working in protected facilities...
