Well, that's roughly the ratio of Democrats to Republicans in PHL, so no surprise there. Fortunately, Rendell's "commission to address gun violence" thumbed their noses @ the gun bigots, and did not recommend their desires.
Independence Hall is an U.N. World Heritage site?!?!? Which sorry excuse for a president autorized this??? This is the worst insult to our nation I've seen yet!!!
