It's too damn bad Judge Sarah T. Hughes is 20+ years dead. If, however, Bush can find another of her caliber,conviction and principle we would do well to have another woman on the court, genitals notwithstanding.
Speaking of which are any members of the court Jewish? I could really use the Gentiles notwithstanding bit, if so. Oh, wait, Ginsburg! a twofer.
