Read the whole thing. Didn't see anywhere where the guns did anything illegal.
I did see some bits that say that Rick may have violated something by saying he had variance letters he apparently didn't have but I didn't see where they charged the guns (or Rick) with anything related to that.
reads to me like they're saying that the his "80%" items were guns. Step one is finding that they are guns, step two is going after him, and anyone else selling similar items, step three is stopping anyone making their own gun.
Do you think their claim of no letter could be maintained only after they seized his records and computer?
It's not like they've never lied before, is it?
