Although casual users cannot see the previous user’s search history, authorities such as the police will be able to access it if necessary.And, of course, the "Only Ones" get to decide what's necessary.

Will the search warrant be honest and state the police are looking for stuff the suspect has been viewing that they politically disagree with? They're casting their net wider every day. What search warrant? We don't need no steenkin search warrant!
Since they just grab a "search warrant" off the stack of pre-signed ones, it doesn't inconvenience them in the slightest. They can always fill in what they found... er, were looking for... later.
And I've known a couple of very attractive local cops. Female of course. Wait. I thought this was. Oops.
