gray on black is extremely hard to read, and bad on the eyes.
Really, I don't have a problem at all with the light gray ... maybe your contrast should get turned up a bit?
But thanks for the feedback, I'll see what I can do with the html to maybe lighten the text a few shades.
What Jon said - same for me. Might be these failin' eyes - but I've got my contrast cranked up to 11!
