A True "Assault Weapon"

A man who assaulted a female police officer with his penis has been fined. [More]
Stand back! That thing could go off!

For a split-second, I'd read that the assaulter "has been fired".

That would make too much sense.

If he could wield that "weapon" as a club, one would think he'd be employed in a poorly thought of video industry.

Is that assault with a friendly weapon?
