Say, what's with that "$126.50 bail" and reassignment to a "desk job"? Don't you think you're being a little harsh with him? I mean, every time I've pulled a gun on an Illinois LEO, I didn't face anything nearly as severe.

Wow. My guess is that the arresting officer ran the offender's plates and found he was a retired cop still employed as a "civilian employee' at the PD.
Otherwise he'd have just killed him.
As the commercial says "Membership has its privileges."
