Tarrant County grand jurors are just as ass-hatted as Harris County, where coppers get a free pass after killing mundanes.

Of course the ass-istant da didn't push too hard for an indictment either.

Fugged-about-it, it's Texas and coppers are rarely if ever called to account.

Damned costume worshipping morons on that jury.
