I can't get too excited about polls. [More]
For one thing, the way questions are phrased can shape so many assumptions. For the other, it's been my experience that most respondents don't possess sufficient subject matter knowledge to merit serious consideration of their opinions.
Mark Dice proves that all the time.
That said, the upward trending of those who say laws are "too strict" shows some are waking up.
But there sure are a lot of useful idiots out there.
