You're absolutely right, of course, but another issue is even if Obama's ostensible ignorance of all this were true--that's the best excuse he can come up with? That he's utterly clueless about the actions of his own administration, led by people he picked himself?
for the rest of us, ignorance is no excuse
even when the "rules" keep changing and
there's no way to check up on what they are
