Glans. [More]
What an appropriate name.
Note the lame excuse.
These cowardly cover-uppers have all the evidence they need. This isn't a civil matter between private parties. Criminals are prosecuted by the state on "behalf" of "all," as in "People vs."...

That deputy needs to be charged with assault and lose his job and pension at the very least. Alternatively, a massive slapping gauntlet of about 100 guys with good strong right arms and weighted gloves.
From an update to the linked article:
UPDATE III: The Times-Union reached out to Glans and got him to comment about the incident, saying he would do it all over again – but not if he knew he was being recorded. Not exactly the brightest of the bunch.
Not sure what the problem is . I mean , if you have nothing to hide then why not just give up your rights wnd let them search . And really , this officer is just a single bad apple . It isn't like this happens very often .
And yeah , he has the right to act like that and expect not to have someone video him doing it . I mean , he has his right to privacy ,doesn't he?
(SARCASM OFF)
Really , we need to jail pieces of crap like that .
Glans thusly proved he's a real dick-head.
Any bets as to whether anything will actually happen to him?
