The problem with that is the first premise is demonstrably wrong, and the second is based on wholly on wishful thinking, never fleshed out with more than unsubstantiated opinion. the law IS the Constitution and Bill of Rights...all others no matter how many vote for it are not Constitutional and will NOT be obeyed....imho
