There’s only one apparent reason for imposing a higher penalty on people who record police in particular: to make people especially afraid to record police. [More]Isn't that the whole point?
It would help if articles like this made it convenient to determine who voted for this police state enabler, so that we the people could hold them accountable. If I weren't in a hurry to handle another priority, I'd go looking.
