According to the source close to the investigation, authorities are looking at social media posts between a person they believe may have been the shooter, and others. The conversation happened Wednesday night on 4chan. In it, the writer talks about planning to carry out a shooting. Others egg him on, giving him suggestions on how to do it, and the type of weapons to use. The responses are mixed -- with some users characterizing the would-be gunman as a pathetic loser. Others called him a twisted hero. In the posts, there is a reference to the UC Santa Barbara shooter, who wrote a manifesto and videoed himself before opening fire a year ago. "This is the only time I'll ever be in the news. I'm so insignificant," reads an apparent post by the would-be Oregon gunman.* Is this what I think it is? If so, save before it gets taken down.

A coworker told be about this. Naturally I assumed the campus was a gun free zone. The blood dancing gets started so early.

Anyone not convinced that the Administration orchestrated this in response to the 'I Will Not Comply" movement?
This whole thing has a bad smell to it. The police and our overlords in the system, refuse to give any details on a dead man who was the shooter. That they in fact killed themselves, as they have said. Never mind the witnesses have had their cell phones taken from them by police, and the witnesses have been rounded up and taking away by police. Why is the media refusing to report more than it was a male and 20 years old, when some of the witnessed that the police did not nab have told the media about the shooter. This stalling to release information smells and without question that we will not be able to believe the official tale. Of course they have been rigging things to lie about what really happened. Frankly, I do not believe we will ever know whom the real shooter was if in fact there was a shooting. I can't get this thought out of my mind that it was a Muslin that just arrived in the US in recent times, if there was a shooting. The facts are far too late in coming out.
In Oregon, it's legal for a CHL (Concealed Handgun License) holder to carry concealed on a college campus.
But Colleges have their own rules, and if you are found carrying and you are a student or an employee ... oh my, you no longer are either!
Because Administration.
So legally, yes, you can carry on campus. As long as you are not a student or an employee, or you don't care if you have a job or an enrollment tomorrow.
I carried for 15 years and nobody knew; I figured I could always find another job somewhere, and I had no dependents. Not everyone I worked with had the same lack of committments.
These were real shootings by a mentally deranged 26 year old shooter. I just heard on KMOX the shooter was an immigrant from the UK.

I think the government needs to take strong measures to not happen situations like this!!!!
