Yeah, Usually when it happens to me I am urged to do it again just to try and determine how it happened so it can be prevented the THIRD (or fourth) time!

It funny that in over 50 years of shooting, I've never tried to clean a loaded gun. I guess my Dad and the Marines taught me right.
