Have been watching DC long enough to know that what passes the house may be D.O.A. at the senate and vice versa. Same two step rules here in TX. But all involved get to pat themselves on the back while tossing kibbles & bits to the rubes while spewing standard propaganda about; " how we passed it but those other guys did us in " One greasy palm swiping another and the beat (down) goes on.
