This woman (Navarro) isn't qualified to be a superior court judge. If you read her Wiki page you'll discover she had never been anything other than a lawyer and deputy district attorney when she gets a call from Harry Reid, who asks her if she'd like to be a Federal Court judge. And VOILA! She's the Chief Judge for the Federal Court, District of Nevada! The man she replaced is still on the court, except now he's been relegated to the senior judge.
There's a series of articles at Oath Keepers on this trial. The details about what's going on here are pretty sickening.
Oh, and I almost forgot. She was confirmed on a vote of 98-0.
Navarro should be removed from the bench and not allowed to practice law of any kind ever again. The Jury, if they have any sense at all, must nullify.
