Sure can't prove it by real world Question 1 results:
...the heavily-funded Question 1 passed by less than one percent of the vote and failed in every Nevada County except Clark...And I don't suppose there's any way to determine if survey respondents actually have informed opinions, and if so, by whom...
Ol' Tim sure has all the talking points down.
Main rival Colón stinks, too.

"...but more importantly..."
Starts with a 'but' and is more importantly that a constitutionally protected civil right?
And I live in NV. Thank god for Adam Laxalt and putting the brakes on the Q1 nonesense. Mike and Shannon's goons hung themselves with their language.
That said, in about a year the legislature will be able to modify the language and it will more than likely be implemented in full force (2 year period for voter initiatives where the legislature in NV cannot fuss with the law).
