Not surprising. FBI is totally converged. I wonder if the police not shooting the guy was professional courtesy.

He got professional courtesy all right. Guy’s drunk as a skunk, arrives at the PD, and his car is parked right outside, but since “nobody actually saw him drive it,” a DUI was simply out of the question.
Maybe he was driving a Nissan Fatima.
