IMO, Four and Five are "errors", or even "crimes".
One through Three are simple exercises of freedom.

Don't reengage a fleeing opponent unless he retains the ability and possibly the will to reposition and reengage you from cover. (not unless you have a 'stay out of jail free' badge issued by the government)

Forcibly engaging a previous attacker who is trying to disengage makes you the new aggressor.
