Bunch of ignorant morons. Our rights are NOT defined by law. The law is CONSTRICTED by our rights. But in the real world out rights are defined on!y by violence. Individuals only have the rights they are willing to fight for, kill for and DIE FOR. If 'we the people's will not use violence to exercise our rights then we have none. We will have only the PRIVILEGES granted or withdrawn at the whim of power mongers all too happy to use violence against us to impose their wishes.
