I'm sure the Hero of Medicine will be able to quantifiably document those reductions, right? Because otherwise, why, wouldn't that be medical fraud...?

At least the gunquacks will now be able to put a certification on the questionnaire, but that all presupposes what they're being "trained" in isn't witchdoctoring.
