In 1994, public pressure led the Clinton administration to designate the Striker-12 along with the Cobray Streetsweeper and USAS-12 shotguns as Destructive Devices under the 1934 National Firearms Act. [More]You no longer need to transmute elements. You just need to have the power to decree it.
Cool "machinegun," huh?

Liars. There was no "public pressure" to do any such thing. Clinton directed Lloyd Benson, who was Sec Treas. at the time to make a finding that those guns were over half an inch in bore diameter and non-sporting. They did it because the Could, not because of "public pressure".
